Ding Dong!

Tonight, whilst Addy was occupied with brushing her teeth, I ran to take the garbage out. What did I return to? A locked door! She locked me out! After trying unsuccessfully to unlock the door, Addy gave up and walked away. Picture me on the doorstep for fifteen minutes frantically knocking on the door, ringing the doorbell, and shouting for Addy to go get Ron, who, by the way, had gone to bed early and taken a very large dose of Nyquil for his cold. Yeah. Poor Ron. He was not pleased.

Just had to jot this down because I know that someday we'll think it's funny.

Happy [Everyday] Anniversary

Ron and I are celebrating our fourth anniversary tomorrow. As I fondly look at these pictures of us making our first appearance as husband and wife, I remember thinking, in that moment, that life couldn't get any better. It has and is, in ways that I never would've dreamed.

I now know that everyday is an anniversary because our togetherness, no matter the date, will always be something to celebrate.

Though it might sound cheesy and/or cliche, the last four years of my life have truly been the happiest. Without Ron, I would never have known the joy that is experienced by being truly in love. We've had good times and not-so-good times, but growing together has made life increasingly meaningful.

I love you, Ronnie. I always will. No matter what.
