It's 11:18 pm and I just came back inside from shoveling/salting the walks. I figured I may as well get it done since I was up and the snow had stopped falling. Mostly, I didn't want my hubby slipping around on his way out to work at 2:30 am - if you're thinking holiday rush at UPS, you're right!
Anyway, as I was shoveling, I looked up and noticed a clear sky with beautiful twinkling lights - something I think we've all missed with the yucky inversion of late. I didn't think I'd ever hear myself saying this, but let it snow. Especially if it helps draw my eyes to the heavens and see them more clearly.
Mm-wah!
